Dynamic animated graphics and scrolling effects enhance visual engagement and reinforce the brand’s evolving identity. To build trust and differentiate from competitors, video content was integrated to showcase how Sub Capitals collaborates with its clients.

Making it work with less
As the only designer, I managed multiple tasks under intense time pressure, with minimal direction and communication from the founders. The target audience changed three times during the process, making it difficult to define a consistent visual identity. With little feedback and no budget, the project demanded quick decisions, flexibility, and creative problem-solving.
What I gained
Lessons in leadership and adaptability
This project taught me how to stay focused under pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities, and deliver results on tight deadlines. I learned to manage a small budget effectively, making strategic design decisions without sacrificing quality. Working closely with external developers improved my collaboration and communication skills, while taking the lead on design tasks helped me grow in giving constructive feedback and guiding others with clarity.
